I specialise in rouge training, meaning that we will work with items such as tyres, ropes, kettlebells, dumbells, and slam balls.. . As well as being a personal trainer, I am also a cyclist and a strong advocate for mental health. My love of cycling and the known benefits of exercise on our mental well-being, encouraged me to start up a Charity Bike ride.
