Detailed description is We are an established meditation center practicing insight meditation, specifically Mahasati meditation. We have weekly meditation sessions at our beautiful center at 9 Picketts Ridge Road in Redding, Connecticut. . We have a resident Thai Forest Monk who leads our meditation sessions.. Our sessions are Monday and Wednesday evenings from 7-8:30 and Saturday and Sunday mornings from 10-11:30. The meditation sessions are followed by Dharma talks. There is no need to pre-register. Donations are welcomed to help us sustain our center.. We look forward to meeting you..
