Detailed description is The Owl's Nest- Early Learning Center is an in-home, licensed child care facility where nurturing, education, and fun come together as one! The Owl's Nest is run by Rita Davis and Donna Gordon; a dynamic mother/daughter duo! Rita Davis is a licensed social worker with previous experience with the Department for Children and Families, Prevention and Protection unit. Donna Gordon holds a PhD in Education with 20+ years of experience working with youth and community based services. Cara Rignell, another daughter of Donna's, is a 3rd grade teacher at Riley County Elementary School in Riley, KS. Cara will be assisting during the summer months and will develop a curriculum and help ensure that creative, age appropriate activities will be provided all year round!. . Both Rita and Donna are committed to providing quality care and a nurturing, positive environment for your little ones! Starting October 23rd, we will be available for parents to view the property and we would love to get to know you and your kiddos and welcome any questions you may have!
