Detailed description is We are educators that have come together to rescue and advocate for abandoned, stray and feral animals-promoting education in rescue and land preservation.
We are a small Not-For-Profit organization made up of educators, activists, long time rescue people and locals that strive to protect and assist animals through TNR (trap, neuter, release), dog and cat rescue and rehabilitation, saving animals from high kill shelters from around the New York Metropolitan area and helping to protect and preserve Long Island's North and South Fork's land and Wild life.
We are a volunteer only group whose mission extends to advocacy and education from the very young to the very young at heart promoting our love of animals and our home(long Island).
We assist when we can and however possible.
We show compassion to all and are a cross curricular/cross generational group that fosters altruism and tenacity.
