Detailed description is By Appointment Only The Next Level Athletic Training Facility is owned By Cory and Jessica Patterson-Herrera.
It was first opened in 2009, and the goal of the facility was to train high school athletes who had dreams of becoming college athletes reach their goals.
The first 4 athletes we trained all received college scholarships, 2 of them being D1 recruits.
Not only were these football athletes, but volleyball as well as tennis, letting everyone know that specific sports training was a thing of the past, and no matter what sport you choose to play, bigger, stronger, faster will allow you to dominate.
After 2010, our business has continued to grow and produce a steady flow of "college athletes." During the day time we train adults, who are serious about their personal fitness.
Our relationships with these individuals have become more like family then friends.
This facility has never been about Cory and I becoming wealthy, or driving nice cars etc....it was about helping kids be able to do what they loved and give them the tools to reach their goals.....whatever they may be.
Sometimes its not about college, and their are goals that seem smaller to some but to a child or teenager are everything.
It may be about a starting position or going from the weakest kids to one of the strongest.
NO ONE can touch your life like a child can, and we try very hard to gives these kids a second home, and life coach them along the way.
I recently started a class for ladies in the afternoons called "get lean." This is an intermediate to advanced class which I teach and you can bet you will leave soaked in sweat.
It is offered on Mon, and Wed at 630...and Saturday mornings at 900.
The cost is 100 for 4 weeks.
I do not hand out a diet for this class as it would be impossible for everyone to be placed on the same generic diet and each person and their body is different.
If not our job would be EXTREMELY easy.
We do have batting cages in the back and they usually book up pretty quick during baseball.
We also offer a speed and strength class for the younger kids and have been very successful with the advancement of these athletes in a fair amount of time.
This class is offered 3 days a week.
Its on Mon, wed, Thurs @ 5 and a optional makeup Sunday time at 3.
