Detailed description is The Mushroom Bureau is a organic mushroom farm serving the metro Atlanta area.
Our mission is to become Atlanta’s go-to gourmet mushroom supplier.
We want to provide the highest quality and most nutritious mushrooms around.
The Mushroom Bureau came into existence when two college students focusing on completely different concentrations of study came together to combine their expertise.
While common interests seemed few and far between, mutual fascination with biology, business, and culinary sustainability unified them and eventually led to the idea of launching a local organic mushroom farm.
So the hobby grew into a business.
In January 2017 construction was started for the facility and it has been all full steam ahead since! A few months down the road, the farm was completed and our first crops fruited! We are incredibly proud to present Woodstock, and the surrounding area, and the fine dining eateries and farmers markets therein with our locally produced, 100% organic, gourmet Mushrooms!
