We are a couple who love to explore the outdoors.
Barbequing and hanging out by the fire pit, kayaking, camping, shooting and four wheeling all take place in the backyard as we sit on an acre of land with Carson river just behind the property.
During the summer we love moving the bed outside onto the back driveway to sleep under the stars.
Falling asleep and waking up to the soothing sounds of nature will be an option made available to you as well.
Our home is made to have fun and entertain in.
You can party in the bar and garage (1600 sq ft) while still enjoying a quieter setting in the kitchen, living and bed rooms.
You’ll have a fun place to kick back in if you are a late nighter or have odd hours.

We also live here but there is so much space to enjoy yourself/family, we will never be in anyone's way.
This house is 3300 square feet with a 1600 sq ft attached garage on 1 acre up against BLM land.
Outside we have a fire pit, horse shoes, axe throwing and plenty of space for other things.
Inside we have a wet/dry sauna (and a hot tub in the near future) as well as a fully loaded bar/adult game room with TV/ game systems and exhaust system.
We offer a private bedroom with a spacious Jacuzzi tub with dual shower heads.
We have an office that has a single bed with bathroom and jacuzzi tub right next to it.
If you need another private bed and space, we do have a room in the garage with another single bed.
