The MRI is not anti-female. The MRI welcomes female membership. We believe that women have been damaged by 2nd wave feminist ideology as much as men by pressuring women to work in the market economy and suggesting that homemakers and mothers were the less valuable members of our society. We are also concerned about work place injuries, suicides rates, high school and college dropout rates and the homeless rate which are all at much higher levels for men than they are for women. False allegations are another serious issue for men as often times women are considered the more credible witness in domestic violence incidents, child abuse and rape cases without regard to physical evidence or witnesses. We believe in fairness and equal rights for both men and women,- but that equality does not mean we are blind to the differences in gender.
