The Manor House is in the original Chetola Estate Home that dates back to the mid 19th century. Dining is available in the three indoor dining rooms or, weather permitting, on the patio overlooking Chetola Lake. . . Breakfast is served daily. Lunch is served in season from mid May to November. Dinner is served nightly from mid May to November and Thursday, Friday and Saturday from mid November to mid May. More casual dining is offered in Headwater's Pub, located next to the restaurant. . . Chef Michael Barbato Michael is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. Prior to his arrival at Chetola in March, 2007, Chef Barbato had performed his magic at The Breakers in West Palm Beach and The Grove Park Inn in Asheville, NC.. . The menu at the Manor House features a variety of delicious beef, seafood, poultry, salad and vegetarian selections.
