Detailed description is The Hungry Duckling is a food truck that will be cruising around Stillwater, Ok providing comfort foods to the community. The Hungry Duckling is a local family owned food truck. We chose to open a food truck in the town of Stillwater, Oklahoma in the Fall of 2013. We came up with the name The Hungry Duckling because Bryan and Stacy have a blended family of 5 children whom they call the "Ducklings". . . The Duckling is starting its 4th year of providing made to order American comfort food. Step up to the truck to stuff yourself with a delicious 1/2 lb hand pressed hamburger, or try our kids favorite recipe of hand battered chicken strips. You can't go wrong with a monte cristo with raspberry dipping sauce or try some of out other sinful appetizers such as mac and cheese bites, sweet corn nuggets or onion rings with special onion dip. Since our food is made to order and we make most everything from scratch we have the ability to accommodate most dietary restrictions. We offer food for all ages and most dietary restrictions. . . We have catered small to very large events in our truck. The Hungry Duckling is completely self sufficient, meaning we do not require any water or electricity to operate so we can serve your guests completely off grid.
