All families in the Hillcrest Transitional Housing program, from every affiliate, are able to shop at the Thrift Shop, free of cost, to meet any needs they may have while in the program. Graduates of the Hillcrest program will received reduced cost benefits to shop at the Thrift Shop as necessary.
