The home is located at Lovers Lane in McCarr, Ky., and is owned by descendants of Asa Harmon McCoy and Devil Anse Hatfield.
For the past two months, the owners have been working each and every day to complete the transformation of the first floor of the house that includes a three-foot wide maze, secret passageways and hidden doors..

Several businesses and individuals have made monetary donations to the project, joining with the homeowners to create a haunted house like the Tug Valley area has never seen before..

“We didn’t want this to look like your run-of-the mill, typical haunted house,” stated George Perkins, whose sister owns and resides in the home.
