Here, at The Gym 24/7 in New Bern, NC we are all about offering our members a clean, laid-back, and un-intimidating gym where you can workout YOUR way on YOUR time.
We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to accommodate well...
EVERYONE :) The gym has been up and running for over 4 years and we just recently re-located to a larger facility with new ownership.
We are a full service gym offering a cardio room to get your heart pumping and a weight room for strength and resistance training.
You can enjoy our 55'' Smart TV and upload your own music, videos, and TV shows in our cardio room..

We now have a "Mat/Relax" room for mat work, cooling down, and relaxation.
Our new room has an Infrared Sauna to help you with detoxification and many other health benefits and an amazing massage chair to sit and relax your muscles that you just worked so hard! ;) You can even watch TV while you do your mat work (abs, stretching etc) or enjoy a massage.

Our new "home-like" shower room is available for those who are on-the-go.
It has its own sink vanity and when in use the room is all yours to get ready.

Because we are a privately owned gym, we are able to offer many discounts some of which include military, seniors, healthcare employees, teachers, firefighters and businesses.

I love everything about this entire Company and all that they offer and how they inspire their customers and Coaches! I've been using their programs and products for years and fully stand by everything they have...what's cool is I do my workouts here at the gym a lot now and its so convenient or I can do them at home...I just mix it all up.:).
