Soon after establishing ourselves, our private & trade orders started to pour in which led to a larger Kitchen premises which was located in an un-occupied fully equipped restaurant. Due to popular demand of our products The GFKC decided to take the next level and established ourselves as a temporary “Pop Up” Café, Deli and bakery retail establishment located in Co. Kerry in 2012. . Due to the popularity of the Cafe establishment the company extended the lease for a 2 year temporary leasehold of an already fitted out and vacant Restaurant Premises to develop the business model.. . The GFKC established ourselves as a destination location with customers travelling from all parts of the country, UK, European Countries & as Far as The USA and Australia to try the first of its kind eatery that was dedicated to a certified safe eating environment for everyone especially allergy suffers.. . In less than 12 months word spread and the concept began to win awards and accreditations from food critics and food affiliated award ceremonies and invitations to trade at Major Festivals & Expos.. Between 2011 & 2014 The GFKC fully developed its concept and today has developed a unique High Potential Investment Business Opportunity, Business Model.. .
