Ans: The Flying Wallenda family have been in the circus for over two hundred years (8 generations). During that time we have done everything you can imagine in the circus. We've been jugglers, bareback riders, acrobats, clowns and even flown on the high flying trapeze. But for the last ninety years or so we've been known for one thing in particular, walking a slender strand high in the air. On that we stand on our heads, ride bicycles and do pyramids with up to ten people at one time (2001). We have traveled all over the United States, Canada, Mexico, Asia and Europe. In our travels we have worked with many well known circus' such as: The Royal Hanneford Circus (U.S.A), Circus Roncali (Germany), Welt Weihnachten Circus (Stuttgart, Germany) and the Monte Carlo Circus Festival (Monte Carlo, Monaco) where we received the high honor to perform for the prince and princess' of Monaco and we're awarded with the Silver Clown (similar to an oscar or an emmy). Our current troupe is led by Tino and Olinka Wallenda-Zoppe'. Other members include his children: Alida, Andrea, Aurelia, Alessandro and granddaughter: Ysabella. Also Robinson Cortes(Husband of Alida and father of Ysabella),Trevor McNabb, Sacha Pavlatta (Olinka's cousin) and Karl Winn.
