Detailed description is The East Coast Jornales System: A World of Asian Martial Arts at Bishop's Training and Fitness in West Bridgewater, Massachusetts.
The Easton Martial Arts Center offers training to adults (18+), juniors (10-17), children (6-10), and toddlers (2.5-5) of all degrees of fitness.
We are open 6 days a week from Monday through Saturday.
We are the only school in the Easton area to offer Filipino Martial Arts, Tai Chi Chuan, and Bagua Zhang..

Our Principal System is The Jornales System, Sandatahan – Arnis Sikaran.
This system has its roots in the Filipino Martial Art of Arnis-Kali-Eskrima.
This system includes varied methods of training and drills utilizing assorted sizes of rattan sticks, Asian weapons, forms and empty hands.
Combined with the kicking system of Sikaran and the grappling system of Dumog, the result is an effective self-defense system.
The Jornales System of Martial Arts compliments other martial arts styles and encourages an overall balanced system..

Add to this already extensive curriculum Tai Chi Chuan and Bagua Zhang and you have a complete martial arts training package! Tai Chi and Bagua Zhang are ancient systems of exercise that help prevent and cure disease by loosening the joints and spine to relax points of tension in the body.
Our Internal Martial Arts strengthen the digestive, circulatory, and skeletal systems.
Along with the physical benefits of Tai Chi, it is often described as a ‘moving meditation’ because its slow, turning motions relieve stress, improve concentration, and create a sense of calm.
The complexity and challenge of Bagua Zhang keep the mind and body sharp.
