Detailed description is The Corner Room is located in the heart of Tustin and is available for daily or half-day rentals perfect for baby showers, birthday parties and more. The Corner Room was created by Walt and Tonia Hartline following a long time dream of Walt’s. That dream consists of teaching CPR and defibrillator use to as many people in the community as possible. Walt and Tonia have owned this particular building for many years and have had multiple renters occupy the space. Their own kids even established a successful business, Dairy Station, in part of it. Initially this corner area was going to be used only for CPR classes but a member of the community requested to rent it for a reunion. After a quick remodel of the unused portion, The Corner Room was created. Now everyone in the community has a place to use for that special occasion. Whether you are planning a baby shower, birthday party, reunion, or just need a room for a meeting we have the location for you. . . The Corner Room is located in the heart of downtown Tustin. We are pleased to have a great working relationship with the Dairy Station and will pass that on to you. If you would like to incorporate the Dairy Station into your event, we have easy indoor access to them. You only need to contact the owner Carlene and work out the details. . We have a few options to accommodate your event. We have room rental in 6 hour blocks or you have the option of the entire day rental. An online calendar is provided to assist in your event planning. We do accept cash or paypal for reservations. No checks please. . Rental costs are $50 for either 6 hour block or $75 for the entire day. We do require a $25 cleaning deposit that will be refunded if the space is cleaned at the end of the rental period. The 6 hour blocks are from 8am – 2pm and 3pm – 9pm. We do have tables and seating for a max of 50 people. We ask that you help keep our room clean and damage free. Therefore, we do not allow smoking or alcohol in the building.
