Detailed description is TCLP libraries cater to ~3000 readers (many first-gen) in NCR.
In Delhi, with Deepalaya NGO supported by the Narang Trust.
In Gurugram, with Agrasar.
The Community Library Project Trust owns and operates two library and reading projects.
The one in the Ramditti J R Narang Deepalaya Learning Center in Sheikh Sarai Phase 1 is run in collaboration with Deepalaya NGO, and with support from the Narang Trust.
Our second library is a collaboration with Agrasar NGO and in located in their center in Sikandarpur, Gurgaon.
Both libraries are free and open to all.

Our volunteers have created and continue to support two other libraries for Deepalaya NGO - in Sanjay Colony and Gole Kuan, Okhla.
And more libraries are in the offing throughout Delhi NCR.
We also support community library projects across India..

We are a volunteer driven project, animated by the idea that all people should have access to books and thinking through books, and that this can be accomplished by creating libraries that allow people to borrow books at no cost.
We are particularly concerned in building a library movement that promotes libraries that welcome all and provide an inclusive space for members to come together to articulate their ideas, opinions, questions and issues..

The Community Library Project has its roots in a volunteer-run afterschool reading program which began in a Deepalaya School in 2008.
The library itself was built over the course of the 2010/11 school year by volunteers from the American Embassy School, and it has been supported since then by many local community members and publishers.

This, our first library, has gone through several phases over the years, but currently it is home to 6000 high quality English and Hindi books for children and adults, and checks out books to over 900 working class and poor children and adults.
At any given time over three dozen volunteers are actively involved in running this library..

Within six months of its opening in June of 2017, our library in Gurgaon has signed up 200 children and adults.
