The land on which the farm is located plays host to vast fields and forests of horses,cattle and bison.
There is 10Km of groomed trails, 4Km of river frontage which holds 5 white sand beaches.
There is an on site horse sanctuary for rescued horses and bison tours are available as of summer 2016.
We are in the works of building our on site brewery and art gallery coming the summer of 2016 as well.
We offer yurt accommodations on site, our Yurt sits in a very private and secluded part of the property right on the banks of the Amable Du Fond river with two of its own private, white sand beaches and access to explore the 500 acre farm.
There is a notched wooden cabana, fire pit, diving platform with dock, cedar strip canoe, small herb garden and a traditional sweat lodge.
Parking is provided at main house and guests are transported to site in various ways depending on the season.
If you have 4wheel drive vehicle you can drive yourself to the site or hike in as well.
We provide our guests with a walkie talkie to enable easy communication for safety and transport services.
We are located near Mattawa, Ontario- accessible by car from Toronto (about a 4hr drive) or plane via the North Bay airport.
