I am a certified whole horse hoof care professional for horses..
I received my B.S.
in Animal Sciences and Nutrition in 2012 and my A.S.
in Horticulture in 2008.
My job is to bring health and happiness to both the owner and their animals through natural hoof trimming methods, general holistic animal care and nutritional guidance.

My experience comes from working at the University of Illinois horse farm for four years taking care of stallions, broodmares, foals, weanlings and yearlings as I earned my Bachelors degree.
I also managed this breeding farm the last year I was there.
I have four foaling seasons under my belt and worked closely with the farm vets for breeding procedures, wounds, injuries, illnesses and emergencies.
I would gladly help with any questions you may have or give a hand when needed.
I am very seasoned in halter breaking and ground training and understand that taking each horse as an individual and developing a training program for their individual needs is extremely important.
I have attended Buck Brannaman's clinics to further my understanding of the horse and how to work with them to make learning easy on both the horse and the human.
I also volunteered at the Peoria Obedience Training Club for dogs and enjoy helping people work with their animals to achieve desired behaviors as well as a stronger bond with each other..

Being around the horses at the university constantly forced me to look at all aspects of their health including diet, environment and physical well being.
