Em 5 de outubro de 2000 é inaugurada a Choperia e Restaurante Thapyoka, juntamente uma ponte sobre o Rio Bendito, de design inovador e futurista, unindo os dois empreendimentos e oferecendo aos timboenses, visitantes e turistas uma visão magnifica da natureza e do Complexo Turístico Thapyoka, com arquitetura enxaimel do século 19.
No dia 6 de abril de 2015 a Thapyoka apotou em Blumenau para inaugurar mais um grande empreendimento turístico, cultural e gastronômico.
