Mike Rousseau is an enrolled member and previous District 6 Tribal Council Representative (1998-2010) of the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe. Ted's Service became an incorporation in the early 20th Century, after Mike ventured into his own entrepreneur qualities, adopting Ted's Used Car Sales (Car Dealership).
