Andrea Higgins (Founder) began creating and working towards the creation of TRTC in 2013.
With a BS in Child Development and a PATH Certification as a Therapeutic Riding Instructor she was excited to develop a board of directors and begin creating the program.
TRTC opened it's doors in 2015 and provides therapeutic riding, horsemanship camps, and rehabilitation/training programs for abused and neglected horses..
