Detailed description is Sylvan West Tree Farm is a supplier of deciduous and evergreen trees up to 3.5" in caliper and 16 feet tall.
Starting back in the 1970's when my father use to load up all his kids and some friends in a pick up truck that were willing to work for little pay then drive into the country side and hand dig with a shovel healthy spruce, pine and birch trees from the wild.
Most of those trees are now 50ft tall in and around the Calgary area.
The best part was seeing how happy people were with the finished product and later seeing the wild trees turn into feature trees in front yards..
