I loved to bake so much that I decided to venture into the baking business in hopes that someday I can make baking my day job :) With that being said im a fairly new business(working on getting an official food license). My experience is anything but new though, I've been baking ever since I could remember! Everything I know about baking has either been self-taught or has been passed down the family line. . . I've worked in food business for 7 years at a local restaurant that I helped manage, so I have had food sanitation classes.
