Detailed description is Share your stories and pictures from SunShiner here!! We want to hear about all the fun things that happened while staying at our house! Sun Shiner is a beautiful 5 bedroom/4 bath house located in the beachfront subdivision “Royal Sands”.
It has a private walkway and gate in the backyard to one of the two community swimming pools.
Pools close at dusk.
Adult designated pool restricted to ages 14 and older.
Take a short walk to the community boardwalk to get to the beach, then come back and rinse off in the hot/cold shower located in the back of the house.
The driveway provides plenty of parking, easily fitting 4-6 vehicles (the garage is permanently locked).
The first floor includes a bunkroom which sleeps 4 with a bathroom and a door leading out to the backyard patio with comfortable seating and a BBQ pit; the second floor contains 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms including the master with a king size bed, private bathroom, walk-in closet and a private deck overlooking the beautiful swimming pool.
Also on this floor are 2 other bedrooms, one with a queen bed and another with a full size bed with a private balcony.
The third floor contains a bedroom with a queen size bed overlooking the bay.
Each bedroom contains a flat screen T.V.
and Internet access.
The third floor also contains a full bathroom, living room complete with a 52 inch TV connected to DIRECT TV, dining room that seats 8, and a spacious kitchen with an island bar which seats 4.
Leading off the dining room is a large covered deck with more seating, overlooking the community pool.
This house was finished in 2013 and designed for the perfect Port A vacation!
