Die Studierenden-Vertretung (StuV) ist eine offizielle Einrichtung der Dualen Hochschule Baden- Württemberg. Pro Standort wird eine StuV gewählt. Ihre Hauptaufgabe besteht darin, die Interessen der Studierenden zu vertreten und bei Problemen als Ansprechpartner zu dienen.. Der Kern der StuV besteht aus dem Studierendensprecher und den Fachbereichssprechern der Bereiche Technik, Wirtschaft und Sozialwesen, sowie deren Stellvertretern. Weiter setzt sie sich aus allen Kurssprechern und. engagierten Studenten zusammen.. Die StuV entsendet darüber hinaus Vertreter in überregionale Gremien der DHBW. In diesen werden aktuelle Fragen zum Studium und zur Bildungspolitik diskutiert und das gemeinsame Vorgehen beschlossen. Dazu gehört auch das Studierendenparlament (StuPa - ehemals AStA), in dem die acht Standorte der DHBW bei standortübergreifenden. Themen kooperieren.
