Detailed description is We use weights and combine dance with great music for a really great workout!! It's so fun we forget we are exercising! Zumba Toning is a super fun workout where we dance to fun music and get a great calorie burn with wonderful friends! The first half of class we use weights to help us get strong and toned! The second half we do straight cardio that also has toning elements (squats, standing crunches, etc.).
This class has a fun element in that it is in the blacklights! The best part of this class is the super encouraging ladies who come! You will make some wonderful friends while getting fit!! You will be so glad you came!.
