Detailed description is The 37th annual Strawberry Strut, a 5-mile run/walk and a 1-mile fitness run, will be held on Saturday, June 6, 2015, in Carthage, Illinois.
A portion of this year’s proceeds will be donated to an organization to be announced..

We encourae runners to access the Website and enjoy the convenience of registering and paying online through PayPal.
Another entry form for those wishing not to use online registration will be available through the Website.
Entry forms can also be mailed with your check to the address below..
Registration: Entry fees are $25.00 for the 5-mile run and $7.00 for the mile run.
No refunds.
Run day registrants will be charged $25.00 for the 5-mile and $7.00 for the mile.
REGISTRATION STARTS AT 7:00 a.m.
REGISTRATION CLOSES AT 8:00 a.m.
PACKETS MUST BE PICKED UP BY 8:00 a.m.
*Walkers are not eligible for runner’s medals or awards..
The 1-mile fitness run will begin at 8:00 a.m.
on the west side of the Carthage square.
Five-mile runners will start at 8:45 a.m.
with walkers starting four minutes later.
Registration begins at 7:00 a.m..
Trophies will go to the top male and female finishers in the 5-mile run.
Medals will be awarded to the top 3 finishers in 12 different age groups in the 5-mile race and the first 3 male and female winners in the 1-mile fitness run.
The top 5 male and female walkers will earn medals.
Ribbons will be given to the top 3 boys and top 3 girls for every age between 5 and 12 years old in the 1-mile fitness run.
Several memorial trophies and master’s trophies will be awarded..
