Cabin is newly constructed with new fridge/freezer and stove. Kitchen/living room is fully equipped with utensils, cookware and dishes. It also has coffee maker, hot/cold drinking water dispenser, microwave, coffee, tea, and basic condiments. . Cabin sleeps two to four people having a double bed and dresser in bedroom and a double fold-out futon in living area. All bedding, towels and toiletries are supplied. Bathroom has toilet, sink and walk-in shower. . Baseboard heat in all rooms & wall A/C in kitchen. . Screened porch around two sides of cabin with gas BBQ. Fire pit and picnic table close by.. Close to boat launch, cliffs, walking-trails, town wharf and beach at #5 Country Lane East. . Winterized and available year round (hunting/ice fishing etc). Advance booking required for fall and winter. . There is space for RV parking or a tent by prior arrangement, please contact for rates. Well-trained pets may be accepted with prior approval and damage deposit.. Rates are from $85 (mid-week low season) to $110 per night (weekend high season) for two people. There is a charge of $5 per night for each additional person. There is a minimum charge of $300 per stay for long weekends (Canada Day, August Civic holiday and Labour Day). .
