We encourage participation through feedback, and attendance at general meetings, educational forums, and other sponsored events. Our positive and collaborative working relationships with the administration, Faculty Senate, and Student Government help the Senate to find common areas of concern and make the case for change that will benefit the staff at Mason, as well as the entire campus community.
