The worship idol in the temple is the combination of Lord Sankara and Lord Vishnu. Festival of “Arrattu” in the temple is held during the month of March-April. Festival is conducted under the governence of Utsav Commitee, compraising of native people and Devoswam manager. Devotees from different parts of india visit this temple.
