Created by contemplative artist and spiritual practitioner, Fabricia Duell, the studio provides mixed-media art programs for all ages by combining basic elements of art with contemplative practices like meditation. Besides our regular programs and retreats, customized sessions for private groups can be arranged. Drawing from a variety of spiritual practices and Jungian psychology, Spirited Hand Studio is also a place for the art of spiritual companionship, known as spiritual direction. Individual sessions are available for adults who are in search of discernment and re-orientation in the midst of life's transitions, and in search of a creative spirituality that embraces a more authentic way of living.. .
