Senteret ble etablert allerede i 1983, og har tilbudt mossinger mange forskjellige treningsformer under disse årene. Flere av våre medlemmer har vært med siden begynnelsen – og det er vi stolte av! Vi har hele tiden utviklet oss i takt med tiden, og det skal vi fortsette med.. . Når du trener på Spenst vil du forstå hva vi mener med treningsopplevelse. Våre lokaler er store og luftige med gjennomtenkte løsninger for de ulike treningsavdelingene. Her er det treningstilbud for alle.. . Spenst Aktivitetspark er en drøm for barn og foreldre. Barna har en masse moro i trampoliner, sklier og klatrevegger imens foreldrene trener. Det er lagt opp slik at barn kan utvikle koordinasjon, balanse og motorikk, samtidig som de har det gøy sammen med andre barn. Dette er et unikt familietilbud.. . Vi har et personal som er genuint interessert i trening og som ønsker å hjelpe deg til å nå dine målsetninger. Vi kan love at vi skal gjøre alt for at du skal trives.. .
