Detailed description is Debut album, Transpacific Comfort, available now on iTunes.Speed The Band's first album, Transpacific Comfort, was created at an interesting time in the lives of the Speed Family.
Half of the band/family members lived on the island of Oahu, Hawaii, while the others lived in Orange County, California.
Lots of flights, phone calls, and half-band practices eventually led to the creation of 13 songs that would all be layed down in a quick stint at Playback Recording Studio in Santa Barbara, CA.

Fast forward one year, countless downloads, and eight music videos later.
Carrie Speed Owsley and her husband Pat Owsley find themselves back in Orange County, writing and recording a follow-up to their debut release.
Currently untitled, but primarily driven by the album's first single, "To Be With You", the group's sophmore release will delve a little more into the family's Texas upbringing and explore a slightly more country/folk approach to the classically alternative songwriting set forth in their first album.
