Detailed description is Adult Day Community Integration. Community Partner with the Licking, Delaware, Fairfield and Franklin County Board of Developmental Disabilities.. . SPARK, LLC, founded in 2007, is an adult day program designed around the social, recreational, vocational and employment needs of individuals with developmental disabilities in Licking County, Ohio. Founder Shelley Laney had a vision for a program that would allow for self-growth and a new-found sense of pride for these individuals in her community. SPARK belongs to the individuals it serves -- our Sparklers. At SPARK, we understand individuality and strive to enrich each life through personal skill and interest development. Participants set the mood, create the agenda and determine the program's direction. We believe emotional investment and ownership to be the key to success. We know no limits -- if you can dream it, we will help you achieve it.. . SPARK is open Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. There are 4 sites for SPARK. # sites are located in Licking County and one site is located in Franklin County.
