Southern Sass operates as an online boutique.
However, Southern Sass is open from Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm.

Ordering.
Southern Sass designs and creates custom items ranging from hair bows, burp cloths, paci clips, diaper wipe cases, blankets, tutus, apparel, chunky necklaces, monogrammed items, vinyl items (both for window/wall decals and apparel) and more.
Customers are more than welcome to place custom orders with Southern Sass.
Southern Sass will work with each customer to ensure 100% satisfaction..

Payments.
Southern Sass accepts payments via Etsy, Paypal, money orders and cash.
FULL PAYMENTS must be made BEFORE Southern Sass will begin on any orders.
If customers need to make payments, Southern Sass will create a payment plan appropriate for the customer’s needs, however, Southern Sass will NOT begin on any items until full payment has been received.
In addition, if you reside in Georgia, there will be a 7% sales tax associated with your order.
If you are out of the state of Georgia, no sales tax will be applied..

Pricing.
Southern Sass has the right to determine pricing for each item.
For example, majority of Southern Sass’s tag blankets are $20 (excluding personalization).
If a customer wants a specific fabric that is more than the average price of Southern Sass’s current inventory, Southern Sass has the right to determine the appropriate price of the custom item.
The same goes with other items that Southern Sass creates (apparel, burp cloths, paci clips, tutus, etc.)..

Personalization.
1 Letter Monogram (up to 3 inches) - $5.
3 Letter Monogram (up to 3 inches) - $7.
First/Last Name (up to 10 letters) - $10.
First and Middle Name (or more than 10 letters) - $12.

Turn Around Times.
Southern Sass works on an item-by-item basis, but all items will take approximately 1-3 weeks depending on the item and/or amount of items ordered.
Southern Sass reserves the right to charge rush fees in any given situation, depending on the boutique’s current workload.
If a customer needs an item by a specific date, then Southern Sass needs to be aware during initial communication..

Shipping / Pick-Up.
Southern Sass ships all items Priority Mail via USPS.
Most items will be shipped Flat Rate which pricing begins at $5.60.
All orders will receive TRACKING and include $50 insurance.
If you would like additional insurance on your order, please let Southern Sass know PRIOR to payment.
In addition, once items have been picked up by USPS, Southern Sass is no longer responsible for the customer’s items.
Once the customer’s packaged has been “delivered,” Southern Sass cannot be held liable for lost/damaged items.
It is the CUSTOMER’S responsibility to provide updated addresses for shipping.
Southern Sass will not be held liable if a package was shipped to the wrong address..

Southern Sass will ONLY meet at the Villa Rica QT in front of Walmart (across from Burger King).
If the customer needs Southern Sass to meet them, there will be a $10 delivery fee on top of the customer’s order..
