We can remove and rebuild piping systems according to existing, pipe fabrication in accordance with detail drawings, spool sheets, and ship check sketches, pipe and hanger installation as needed for new construction, instrumentation and tubing runs as needed and/or required for repair and new construction, steel fabrication in accordance with detail drawings, cut sheets, and/or ship check sketches, steel crop out of existing and replace as per existing, fabrication and/or installation of platforms, handrails, stairs, cage ladders, equipment foundations, deck cleats, bulkheads, ventilation duct, tie downs, and odd shaped custom parts.
The above can be accomplished with various base materials, using various welding processes and procedures as needed and/or required.
This will be done in accordance with customer specifications and applicable regulatory body standards as per job specification requirements.
Here at Southern Marine and Industrial Services we have Certified Welding Procedures (WPS) Procedure Qualification Records (PQR), Quality Control System and a Marine Safety Program.
We are also 32 year members of the ( AWS) American Welding Society and ( ASNT) American Society of Non Destructive Testing.
I Randy Knight have been a certified Welding Inspector since 1982 with the (AWS).
We are also registered with the CPC, CCR, and Web Procurement Support Center.
