This Grade II listed cosy property comfortably sleeps 6 people and is within Chichester City Centre, quiet, yet central to restaurants and dining, shopping , family-friendly activities and within 15 minutes of the beach. There is a private parking space and secluded west facing courtyard garden (which acts as a suntrap) with outdoor seating and a garage for a small car or it can be used as an additional hobby room in the summer. The house has been sympathetically refurbished and is perfect for couples, business persons and families but the stairs are steep!. . South Pallant Holiday Home is available for either short term breaks or longer term lets and is equally suitable for summer or winter breaks.. . Laid out over 3 floors, the living area benefits from french doors that lead you into the west facing courtyard garden and garage/hobby room beyond, the perfect spot to enjoy a glass of wine or mug of cocoa in the winter. The spacious main bedroom with luxurious super king sized bed and TV is on the first floor along with a single bedroom and bathroom with separate shower and bath.
