Detailed description is I am a level 2 gymnastics coach and have trained with the best martial artists, stunt performers and movers in the world.
This will be very casual, at the beach or through parks, but I can guarantee that you will get stronger, faster, and learn a lot.
It usually takes one class to learn how to flip off of a log if the athlete is in good shape.
And if they are not in good shape, trust that they will be by the end of the session.

I will incorporate and teach national gymnastic level conditioning exercises, which will guarantee the athlete gets strong and lean very quickly, with exercises you can do at home with no weights - just a commitment to technique, form and persistence.

Private classes would be 50 an hour .
Semi private of 3 or less would be only 20 .
Lets get a big group going! I think maximum class size of 7 @ 10 dollars an hour ..
We will have a lot of fun, learn great skills, and impress people with your moves..
