Hatha and Yin yoga sessions led by Certified Instructor Bonnie Winona, certified to instruct in 1991 by the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in Lenox, Massachusetts. Bonnie also completed Kripalu's Advanced Teacher Training <1993>, and has taken teacher trainings with Joseph LePage of Integrative Yoga Therapy <1997-98>, Aptos, California, and with Amrit Yoga, <2004> Salt Hill, Florida. She has more than 14 years of teaching experience and has practiced yoga for over 30 years.. Snow Lotus offers beginning and intermediate levels, as well as gentle yoga.
