We at Skippers Restaurant would like to welcome you to beautiful Cayucos (pronounced Ki-you-cuss) which means "little boat" of "kayak".
Originally an area inhabited by the Pacific Chumash Indians, Cayucos was established in 1867 by Captain James Cass.
He built a wharf and warehouse and soon Cayucos was a busy, deep water seaport..
