Partial plexy glass roof and drop down curtains, giving you the feeling of being outside, with great air flow. In the Winter, when the sun is out, the plexy glass roof helps keep the Arena warmer then outside.. 16 10' X 12' Stalls with rubber mats on top of sand. Our stalls have a safe latch door, with strong wire mesh so your horse will not feel like they are in a stuffy stall.. Hay is fed out of Safety First Hay Racks. Your horse's hay will last longer and will have the feeling of grazing, which helps decrees the chances of colic.. Heated lounge with observation windows, kitchenette, and full bathroom. . Large grassy pastures with Non-Climb horse fence. . Two grooming/wash stalls, with Hot and cold water.. Daily turnout weather permitting.. Clean stalls 6 days a week (stalls are not cleaned on Saturday), or on major holidays (unless a holiday falls just before or after Saturday).. Fresh water. . Scrub water buckets once a week. Ferrier and Vet appointment scheduling (optional) . Worming program . Grain fed twice a day. Board per month with 12% textured sweet feed - $400.00. Board per month with Safe Choice Maintenance or Safe Choice Original - 425.00 . Pay first and last month's board up front and get $100.00 off of your Seventh consecutive month's board.. Trailer Storage for a small fee.. Night check . Owner/Manager lives on site..
