Detailed description is We are Unit #2 of the Silver Dunes Condominiums in beautiful Destin, Florida! 1 bedroom/1 bath unit located in paradise! Welcome to paradise! We are the owners of Unit #2 at the Silver Dunes Condominiums in beautiful Destin, Florida.
We started this page to share information about our condo and to answer any questions if you are interested in vacationing here..

Our unit is a beautiful, 1-bedroom, 1-bath ground-level condo...so no stairs to climb! Just walk right out to the pool or beach.
The master bedroom has a new queen size bed with memory foam topper and plenty of room to store your clothes and vacation items.
We also provide a queen sleeper sofa in the living room...it is also brand new and has an upgraded memory foam topper.
We have a fully stocked kitchen in case you want to skip the nearby restaurants and cook in! The condo features tile throughout the living area.
All the comforts of home and just steps to the beautiful white sand beach.
All new paint and decor.

The Silver Dunes complex is where you want to be! Beach service is available...just ask George on the beach for an umbrella! The complex has a heated pool, work out facility, game room, tennis courts and shuffleboard.
The BBQ grills are located right in front of our condo and are meticulously maintained.
We are right in the middle of wonderful restaurants, fast food, amusement parks, grocery stores and entertainment venues.
Chick-fil-a is right across the street, and The Back Porch is a short walk down the beach..

2017 RATES: We rent through the in-house rental service and charge the same rates as the other 1-bedroom units..
