I teach three different types of yoga practices: Vinyasa (flow) Yoga, Sculpt Yoga, and Kid’s Yoga.
I work with clients one on one, within groups, and I am available for adult and children yoga parties.

As a certified yoga instructor, I am passionate about working with adults and children to help them with how yoga can keep their overall health and wellness manageable.
I believe having a daily yoga practice reduces the levels of stress, anxiety and depression for both adults and children.
