We meet at Cessna Stadium three days a week (Mon., Wed., & Fri.) @ 5:30 a.m., 6:45a.m. & 5:45 p.m. You can attend any or all the sessions each day. The cost is $55 for the 10-week session or you can join half-way through for a discounted price. . . Shocker Fit Extreme, with additional weights and circuit training, is offered during the same session for $65. Shocker Fit Extreme classes meet at 6:30 a.m. and 5:45 p.m. Mon., Wed. & Fri.
