Detailed description is My aim is to foster young beginner musicians to develop the skills in technical work, theory and instrumental care to engage them in musical appreciation.
My name is Jessica Klaverstyn and I am a dedicated and enthusiastic young musician.
At the age of seven, I began my musical journey learning to play the violin.
This experience fuelled my passion for music and over the past seven years I have had many opportunities to play a variety of other instruments including cello, guitar, trumpet, cornet, bugle and the keyboard.
So far, I have achieved Grade 5 AMEB on the Trumpet and Grade 2 Music Theory.
Recently I was offered and have accepted, a place in two ensembles at the Young Conservatorium of Music at Griffith University for 2016..
When your child learns from me they will receive fun, focussed, flexible lessons designed to improve skill levels and help them to get what they want from their instrument.
A one hour session includes the development of technical skills, music theory and instrument care to give the student a thorough understanding of what it is to be a competent musician.

Lessons for beginners are fun in order to create a positive attitude towards practice and future development at the reasonable price of $20 for one hour.
Lessons are run from my residential address located in Springfield Lakes.
