Detailed description is A group of young people willing and ready to advance the Kingdom of Heaven so we can go home soon! Since 2008, Shafter Seventh-day Adventist Church's youth have organized and led out in annual youth rallies that reach out to churches in the greater Bakersfield area, as well as the young people in Shafter.
Shortly after their second Youth Rally, the church's gave its young people the reins of the youth program.
Our youth program is youth-led and is dedicated to meeting the needs of our youth, as well as the youth in the surrounding areas.
Placed in a bilingual setting, Shafter's youth produce bilingual programs to reach both young and old alike.
Our meetings take place at 7:00 pm on Wednesdays and Fridays.
We have Sabbath School at 9:30 am on Saturdays, and Sociedad de Jovenes, an evening vespers program held mostly in Spanish, on Sabbath afternoons (times vary by sundown times).

Our biggest program of the year is our annual Shafter Youth Rally! This coming February will be our fifth annual youth rally.
