Detailed description is All natural farm raised beef sold by the whole, half, or quarter animal This Farm is owned & operated by Rod & Jennifer Hollowell. The Miller-Hollowell farm has been here since the 1870's. We are using conventional crops (no GMO's) grown by us to feed our animals. These animals are fed a combination of hay, corn silage and small amount of ground corn in the finishing of the beef. Our brood are kept on pastures supplemented with grass hay and small amounts of grain during lactation. We will never ever use any hormones in raising our beef animals. We also believe in calm, low stress animal handling & raising. When cows get "excited" they releases certain hormones that can affect the meat quality.. These beef animals are available for sale.
