Throughout my life, I have enjoyed caring for others with special needs. As a young adult, I volunteered in the oncology unit at Children's Hospital and assisted many brave and very special children. . Like many, I spent my time in corporate America. Little did I know that my time as a corporate trainer and customer service manager would fit nicely with my future calling.. In 1998, I began providing care at an Adult Family Home. This was a great balance between raising my children and caring for others in a special and personal way. However, demand for this type of care continued to grow beyond what one home could handle.
